Psalms 113:1 Praise ye the LORD. Praise, O ye servants of the LORD, praise the name of the LORD. My lips and my tongue can only give praise to God for what we have seen in recent days. Over the last several weeks we have seen God do some wonderful things in the hearts of the people in the different churches we have been in. From Massachusetts to Rhode Island to Indiana we have seen God at work. God gave us a wonderful time at Blackstone Valley Baptist Church in Cumberland, RI. All throughout the week people were coming to be saved. Many decisions were made and the meeting was capped off with a neighbor of the Pastors family coming to be saved. The whole church was rejoicing with this great decision to accept Christ.

Just two weeks ago we were in Middletown, Rhode Island. The church had prayed and prepared for the meeting and God was at work from the beginning. We had two down the isle Sunday morning for salvation and that was only the start of what God had in store for this church. On Monday night the flood gates were opened and for the first time in our ministry we saw people lay aside their foolish pride, cross the isle and make things right with another brother or sister in Christ. God was so evident in our services that evening. Every night of the meeting was well attended with close to 100 in each service. That is great for the northeast.

Our first week in the Mid-west was a great week in Knox, IN. We were back for the second time at First Baptist Church. We had good attendance each night. The meeting was highlighted on Thursday night when a lady that the church had been praying would be saved for over two years came forward to be saved. The Pastor was ecstatic.

Psalms 150:6 Let every thing that hath breath praise the LORD. Praise ye the LORD. The sleepy little town of Sheffield, MA was alive the last week of April. Pastor Bart Keller and the good folks of Faith Baptist Church were actively working to get folks under the gospel. The Pastor is diligently working to get the church back on track after several rough years of ministry prior to his coming but God is actively at work in this little church. Although we didn’t see anyone saved during the week we did have many folks to walk the isle and deal with some personal issues in their lives. The Pastor was well encouraged by the faithful attendance of the people and for the visitors that came all throughout the week. We are looking forward to being back in this church next year.

God has allowed us to be with Pastor David Davis and Grace Bible Baptist Church this week for what was scheduled to be a Sunday through Wednesday meeting but the Pastor decided to go through Friday night instead. The church is in a transition at this time, having just recently sold their building and they are now in the process of looking for temporary space before they make their final plans for their new location. We had great services every night with folks coming to the altar every service. These folks have a true heart for the Lord and desire to know Him better. There was a great sensitivity all week long. On Wednesday night the Pastor began to ask for testimonies and it was such a sweet time each night, d Thursday and Friday also, as people began to speak of how God had been working in their lives. Through broken voices and tears they began to share how God had put specific areas of their lives under chastisement and how they began to break. WELL GLOOOOORY!!!! I told the church, “This is so good, it’s enough to cause a Connecticut Baptist run a lap. Amen!”

Saturday night started our services at Maplewood Baptist Church with a good crowd coming for a time of fellowship, food, and preaching. Prior to our arrival the Pastor had instituted a “Prayer Campaign” for the church and was challenging the church to pray for each other and to get prayer request from total strangers in the community. God began using the revival to soften people to the needs of the community. I had the joy of counseling with several folks during the week and on Wednesday night the Pastor baptized several that had come for Baptism.

Once again God gave us a great meeting with Pastor Ken Mason and the sweet folks of Calvary Baptist Church. God has been doing some great work in this church since we were here this time last year and it was evident that he was going to continue to do great things in our meetings. Every service seemed to build with great anticipation of God’s blessings and power. People were moving, making things right, asking God for forgiveness, and it was evident that He wanted to do some great things in the meeting. We had the privilege of seeing one young man saved during the meeting but the Spirit of the Lord was evident in every service. Diana’s children’s meeting started with only four children but by Friday night she had a high of 20 children. The church now has a great deal of work ahead of them following up on all the visitors from the week. Wow! What a great God we serve.

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ: (Ephesians 1:3). God has been so real in our services this week at Thus Saith The Lord Baptist Church, Fieldale, VA. We have seen God move in some unusual ways this week. The flood gates of Heaven were opened on Resurrection Sunday with one walking the isle to be saved, on coming to rededicate their life, and two others coming to seek church membership. Now if that doesn’t light your fire, then friend your wood is wet! Wednesday night God showed up one more time. We started the invitation at 8:30pm and it lasted until 9:10pm. Many were coming to commit themselves, in the area of service, in their daily lives and work in the church. Almost the entire congregation came to meet the Pastor at the front of the altar for a time of prayer and dedication. It was during this time that one lady went over and took one of the older ladies in the church by the hand and told her “I don’t think I am saved.” God was at work. One gentleman commented at the end of the service, “I can not remember the last time I was in a service where the Spirit of God was so evident.” Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ: Amen and Amen!

Wow! What a great meeting in Aberdeen. God was so kind and gracious to us throughout the week and we saw God do some great and wonderful things. On Sunday morning one soul walked the isle to be saved. On Sunday night there was a great hush in the auditorium as the severity and reality of God’s presence was so real. The Pastor’s own words were, “I am absolutely afraid to move.” God was manifesting Himself in such a great way as families and individuals fell on the altar and a spirit of repentance filled the room. We thought how could it get any better but God wasn’t done with this meeting. On Monday God met with us once again. As the altar was full the Pastor called for those praying to just stay around the altar and once again the sweet Spirit of revival was in the air. God met with us each night of the meeting and it was hard to close it out but the Pastor was convinced the church had accomplished what God wanted for that week. Now that is good stuff there. Amen and Amen
